The previous roof that was on the home was a rubber roof, which the homeowners installed in 2005. After tearing off one layer of exising material, the damaged plywood decking was installed. Three rows of Ice & Water was installed, along with a ProArmor Synthetic Underlayment, which is engineered to repel water. The old flashing was removed and replaced with lead flashing.
