Very impressed with the entire experience. Very impressed that Klaus came for a visit during the installation process and then again to do a walk through with me after the roof was complete. He answered every question I had.
Wish they spoke English. It was difficult to communicate with them. It was hard to know when I could leave the house with my kids... With the tarps over the two front doors, I was so nervous that I was going to be hit with roofing material when I had to leave.
Amazing! They worked so hard all day and there was essentially nothing on the lawn when they were done.
What made you choose our company:
We choose Klaus Larsen because we had heard a lot of good things about the company and saw so many other people in town utilizing this company. Also, other roofing companies indicated that it would be a 3-4 day process, while the Klaus Larsen sales person indicated that it would be a one day job... which it was!
