Response to our calls were always handled timely
Jeremy was great to deal with. We waited awhile to commit and when we couldn't remember the exact look of the shingles he brought a sample by for us to see.
They were efficient, nest and respectful. Couldn't ask for more.
They did a great job. We did find nails but the company honored their commitment and paid us $1 per nail. Their policy is a max at $100.
What made you choose our company:
We had a few prices and felt that the price from Klaus was the most reasonable. Another local company came in at twice the cost. Also, we waited to commit and they still honored their original price. Every interaction we had with each member of the team was positive. We prefer giving our business to small local companies and we are very glad we were able to choose Klaus Larsen LLC.
