Our Overall Service
The workmen arrived on time but completed the work in 3 times the amount they estimated.
Call Representative
Kevin was knowledgeable but did not look inside the roof cavity to see where the fan could be located. The biggest problem was that the fan was not ordered until the time of the installation when we were informed that the install would need to be rescheduled. This is unacceptable.
Our Service Person
The workmen did their best to install the fan at the midpoint of the roof.
Our Service Work
The fan is installed and working, although there is no way to tell.
The Cleanup Process
The workmen cleaned up quite well.
