Zach, Who came to do the initial quote, it didn't amazing job and was very friendly and honest. He knew I had other quotes and he was upfront about what the project was going to include in the cost. I don't remember dealing with anybody on the phone really but I indicated above that the cells rep was very competent.

This was a very impressive crew. They worked hard, fast, cleaned up every morsel of a mess, And very professional. I don't have any thing negative to say And only the most positive feedback I could give. I'm happy to be a reference in person if needed. I have not met a more professional crew in a long time. I want to add that Dan, the project manager I assume, was also very nice and I spent a lot of time talking to him and he was very knowledgeable.

On top of that, Zach was very professional when he came out initially and the quote was very competitive. I'm very pleased with the job, Dan the project manager was very professional, and the crew was as well and they worked quickly and very thorough.
