Gene and Chris visited my home and did a water test to determine the source of my roof leaks - your company was the only company that said this test should be done before a repair should begin - the other companies simply quoted a flashing replacement or cricket installation to fix the leaks. The water test indicated the leak was through a chimney mortar joint which would not have been repaired with a new flashing or cricket. Since you do not do mortar repairs, your water test caused the repair do be done by another contractor - yet you did not charge for the time to do the water test. Your actions prove your integrity and professionalism are of the highest order - I know where I will go for all my future roofing needs!
