Karli

Karli joined our team in 2021. With the company growing, there was a high need for some additional structure to be brought in. She built her position here by creating policies and procedures for each division to follow. With 10+ years in management, she finds structure to be essential to every position. Her goal was to create a rewarding and enjoyable culture within the company in which all employees feel respected, supported and appreciated. She holds several certifications in management and leadership.

Unlike traditional HR, Karli oversees just about everything within the company. She enjoys working close to each department to ensure not only the customers are receiving the best service and products possible, but also that the employees needs and suggestions are being heard. In addition, Karli oversees the company fleet management, manages all company benefits and orchestrates all community outreach programs and events.

While not at work, you can often find Karli spending time with her beloved dog Trigger, making memories with her nephews or spending time with friends and family. Additionally, Karli has a passion for cooking and enjoys feeding people her delicious creations.
