Grand View Exteriors had the pleasure of meeting with one of our newer customers back in January. Skip & Irene contacted us for a siding estimate after they found our website and were pleased with the previous work our company had completed. They had been contemplating a change to their home but wanted to make sure they were in the right hands. They met with our owner, Larry, and originally only asked for pricing to repair a small portion of their existing siding. After careful consideration and decision-making, the couple decided it would be best to completely give their home a facelift. We removed the existing tan, yellowish colored siding from their home and in its place, installed new AlSide Charter Oak vinyl siding. They wanted a chance from the outdated color they had and chose a modern yet beautiful shade of Harbor Blue, which accentuates the home in all the best ways. Our crew took roughly 2 days to complete this job, and the results are certainly distinguishable! Needless to say, we have another set of happy customers thanks to our hard-working team here at Grand View Roofing & Exteriors!

When we first met with Pete and his wife in Blackwood, NJ we proposed an exterior work estimate to them as requested. We included prices for siding and window replacements. Pete was satisfied with the price provided and decided to move forward with Grand View as his contractor. We originally performed the siding installation at the beginning of 2023 after receiving our materials selected by Pete and his wife. They chose to go with Certainteed Cedar Impression vinyl siding in the color: Forest and for a touch of elegance, opted to add new Versetta stone veneer in color: Plum Creek around their garage. They also chose to change the shape of their garage doors from their original classic style doors to newly constructed frames that squared them off. This, along with the newly installed siding & windows gave them a nice modern touch to the home's appearance. Our customers weren't just satisfied with our quality workmanship, but also the fact that we turned their home info a work of art.

Grand View Exteriors just finished this wonderful transformation. Michele & Damien of Blackwood, NJ found us while searching the internet for exterior work they were considering to have done. Samantha, in the office, helped set up a meeting with Larry so that he could give a quote on the customer's punch list, which included: roofing, siding, doors, gutters, and possibly stonework. They signed on with our company after meeting with Larry to discuss their expectations, stopping into our office for a meeting, and viewing various samples in our showroom. Our first step was to replace their roof with a complete Atlas Roofing System. As a slight change from the existing gray shingles on their home, Michele and Damien decided to install the classically versatile Atlas Pinnacle Pristine Black Shadow colored shingles. Our roof installation took just one day, and then we started working on the remaining exterior work. The customers chose Alside Charter Oak Siding in the color of Mountain Fern for their vinyl siding installation, and the results were impressive. We also installed beautiful Versetta Stone in the color of Desert Sunrise to the bottom portion of the front of their home and not only did it come out awesome, it gave the house even more that home feeling. Michele & Damien also decided to remove their old shutters and replace their existing entry door with a brand-new Provia Therma Tru door in Black. Last but certainly not least, we replaced their old gray gutters with new 6" white trim, gutters, and downspouts to give the home just another little extra pop. To say this home was transformed nicely would be an understatement. The difference is tremendous!

We met with Elise of Voorhees, NJ who was looking to change up her home's appearance after finding us on Google. She loved the outcome of our recent projects so she set up an appointment with one of our specialists. Upon arrival, we noticed her home's siding was showing signs of aging and Elise was excited to change the aesthetic of her home. We offered her countless color and material options, for which the homeowner decided on this beautiful gray color. We began replacing the siding, while additionally installing new gutters, fascia, soffits, and black shutters to tie the home together. Elise was in love with the transformation of her siding replacement and we are loving the results!
