We had the pleasure of working with Rangil of Cherry Hill, NJ who initially called us after noticing a few missing shingles had blown off into his yard. Rangil did not notice any inside leaks but decided to be proactive and call Grand View. Upon inspection, we noticed cracked pipe collars, poor attic ventilation, and nail pops over the entirety of his roof. After meeting with our team and discussing options, Rangil opted for a full-roof replacement to address all of the issues at once instead of prolonging any repairs. We began with removing the existing shingles down to the decking, re-nailing any loose decking to ensure longevity, and installing new flashing and drip edge where necessary. We laid new Ice & Water on all eaves and valleys, and installed new Premium Synthetic Underlayment to keep all the layers dry and protected. Rangil opted for the beautiful IKO Dynasty Shingles in the color 'Frostone Gray' and we think the outcome speaks for itself. We have a customer in Sicklerville, NJ that called upon Grand View when he was in need of a new roof. However, he was also looking to add a little something extra to his home by installing a new deck as well. We used the products of Jalil's choosing for his roof, including Tri-Built preventative products prior to installing his GAF Timberline HD Lifetime Dimensional Shingles. Our crew was able to install his roof within a day's work and he was very pleased with the outcome. Before moving to the new construction of Jalil's deck, we needed to secure permits from the township and approval from his HOA, which we completed by protocol and with ease. After having all documents prepared, we began breaking ground on the new deck. This job took a bit longer than Jalil's roof install. With our lead carpenter, Kevin, and his crew after about a week of hard work, they were able to completely finish this beautifully crafted Trex deck with new white vinyl railings. Jalil's home was already attractive, but with the assistance of Grand View Roofing & Exteriors, it has now become one of the most stunning homes in the neighborhood.

We first met Chelsea of Vineland, NJ when she and her husband Tejay were in need of a small siding repair. Grand View Roofing & Exteriors will take on almost any job within our scope, large or small. We gladly repaired a small portion of their home's siding and they were satisfied customers. Satisfied enough to call us back when it came time to replace their roof! They met with our team again and discussed their options for a full replacement. After the roof installation was complete, they decided they wanted to replace their front door as well. We removed their existing door and replaced it with a brand new Provia ComforTechDC 400 ESM door in Black with Addison hardware. We also installed, per the customer's request, a new White storm door with an adjustable half-screen. Chelsea and Tejay were glad they remained loyal Grand View customers and have even referred us new ones.

We had the pleasure of working with Matthew of Vineland, NJ who was concerned about the condition of his roof. We went down to meet with Matthew and assess the state of the roof, where we found signs of aging, such as algae growth and sun spots on the shingles. We helped answer some of the homeowner's questions regarding the insurance claims process, and once the claim was approved, we were able to begin the roof replacement.

Matthew wanted to keep the original color palette of his home consistent when choosing a new shingle color, so we recommended the durable IKO Dynasty Shingles in 'Granite Black.' We were also able to install new shutters for the homeowner, as the previous shutters showed signs of aging and some were even missing. Matthew was thrilled with the outcome of the replacement and very appreciative of our speedy turnaround!
