Bart Bullock is a dedicated Claims Specialist at Grand View Roofing & Exteriors with two years of experience overseeing roofing, siding, and window projects. Before joining Grand View, Bart spent four years as a Housing Officer, managing a wide range of home maintenance tasks, including roofing, siding, windows, electrical work, plumbing, and framing. He’s even built two homes from the ground up, handling everything from foundation to finish.

Bart loves the challenges that each project brings and takes pride in delivering high-quality results. His favorite part? Seeing the “ah-ha” moment when homeowners view their transformed space.

Outside of work, Bart is an avid runner, swimmer, and cyclist, having completed numerous triathlons of all distances. Although he competes less frequently now, he enjoys running, hiking, and skiing with his children and is a devoted fan of the Eagles and Phillies, catching games whenever he can.
