With a diverse background in management and team development, Mandaw Traore brings valuable experience to his role as Marketing Manager at Grand View. He has previously served as a Field Manager in the solar industry and held the positions of Assistant Manager and Regional Trainer for a roofing company, where he gained hands-on knowledge in training and team building. Certified in Team Building, Mandaw is skilled at fostering a strong, cohesive work environment.

In his day-to-day, Mandaw focuses on identifying key territories and aligning daily goals with his team, guiding them toward success. His favorite part of his role? The supportive, family-like culture at Grand View, where he says everyone is always ready to lend a hand.

Outside the office, Mandaw enjoys quality time with his kids and catching a good basketball game or two.
