La Mount was very easy to work with. He answered all my questions and concerns. He also sent me pictures of whatever I asked about. I felt like he was a little nervous when we first met, as he forgot to introduce himself. He was very good on letting me know times as a to when the workmen would arrive. The only reason I gave him a 4 instead of a 5 was because I had told him several times I wanted black flashing but he forgot. When I went out to check on it, it was silver. He quickly told me that it was his fault and he should have caught the mistake. David removed the silver siding and replaced it with black. I just felt like he should have remembered.
