What made you choose our company:

I've owned my home for 4 years and have had roughly 6-7 roofing estimates done, out of those maybe only 2 actually got up on my roof to inspect it and didn't just use satellite imaging to get pictures and measurements. I've had super high estimates and low ones where I knew I wouldn't be getting everything that my roof needed. Klaus came in at a great price for everything that they were going to be doing and included the price of the sheeting material in the quote, so I knew I wasn't going to be getting a bunch of added costs on the day of. Joshua R. came out on one of the hottest days that we'd had in a while, he spent well over an hour up on my roof looking things over, taking pictures, getting measurements and creating my overall quote. He then spent another hour with me going through everything in detail, explained each part and process, and didn't try to sell me on things just cause he could. This was the first time out of all of the quotes that I said yes to moving forward while he was there. He made me feel comfortable and ensured I understood all that my roof replacement would entail. Ethan was my onsite Project Manager the day of my roof install, he called me ahead of time to let me know that they were on their way to my property, and he made sure to keep up with me throughout the day as all of the processes were taking place. I work from home, so I felt comfortable having the Klaus team here while I worked. They were able to take off my old, falling apart chimney and replace it with a new vent, made sure I had all of the proper ventilation, and even made the 45 minute one way drive to get materials that had gotten missed on the initial material delivery. The tear off, sheeting, installment, and clean up were all done within a day and I'm very very happy with my new roof! I can already tell a huge difference and it looks great on the house. I'll be using Klaus again when I'm ready to have my gutters done and would recommend them to any one looking to have their roof done.
