April the 6th, we had a golf ball-sized hail storm. No windows were broken, luckily, but the roof suffered some damage. Fish and Boris both came out to the house with the claims adjuster. They met them here and actually get up on the roof with the claims adjuster and saw the damage that had occurred. And they were able to set a date to put my roof on. They stripped it down to the decking, took all the old roofing off, replaced it in a matter of two days. They were careful with my pool. I was worried about any kind of nails or debris getting in my pool, but they covered it with a tarp, made sure that it was protected, and we couldn't be more pleased. If I had to replace my roof again, I would definitely call Advantage Remodeling and Roofing.

Advantage Remodeling And Roofing team did a wonderful job. They got it done on time, completed the work, got the siding done, got the gutters replaced, all the metal tops, roof vents, and so forth, the turbines, did a great job! We enjoyed it very much with the quality of their work. On the day of the roof being installed, they came out, prepped the area by draping and protecting our shrubs, our trees, windows, our swimming pool needed to be protected, prepped all work and got it all done properly without any damage on time, and it was all completed in a day. What I like best about Advantage Remodeling Roofing is that they were able to find other damage that the other roofing companies didn't even mention. I hired Advantage Remodeling and Roofing in 2019 after a big hail storm in the North Dallas area. All went smoothly. The adjuster showed up my son worked with Boris to complete the roofing repairs. Once the roof was opened we found that my chimney was leaking. Supplements were provided. USAA was reluctant to pay for the repairs and a new chimney cricket since I did not have proper policy coverage. However, this is when the magic happened. To company convinced USAA that the cricket may not be covered, but the internal damages from the water interning my home were!I was moved to a house in the area, all was taken care of in a minute detail. They even had someone to reconnect my computer and activate all of the passwords to my Netflix. All my belongings were packed out and stored while floors, kitchen, walls, ceilings, and everything else including showers and tile were redone.I was moved back and love my new floors and the kitchen. From the looks of the inside and the professional workmanship I can be sure and truly convinced that my exterior is in great shape! It was not all peaches and you need to prepare yourself to be out of the house for a little bit to allow for the insurance process to take place. Yes, numerous phone calls and emails.
