Antoinette in Pine Plains, NY reached out because her roof wasn’t properly ventilated, which was causing condensation and moisture issues in the rear of the home. The house has a cathedral ceiling in the back, and without proper airflow, the area was “sweating” from the inside. To fix the problem, our team is installing a super roof over the rear section, adding proper intake and ridge ventilation after addressing the insulation to ensure the space can breathe correctly. The front of the roof, along with the shed and porch, didn’t need any work since those areas aren’t heated. During the replacement, we’ll also cut in a new skylight in the rear to bring in natural light, and the home will be finished with IKO Dynasty shingles in Granite Black, giving it a strong, protected, and updated look.
A home in Millbrook, New York was having flashing leaks from their chimney and vent boots. The roof was no longer holding up like it should. We are so glad we could come in the Klaus Way, and put a Klaus on their house! The couple was extremely pleased with the results.

Fran in Poughquag, NY reached out knowing it was time for a roof replacement. During the planning process, we reviewed the condition of the existing roof and discussed several upgrades to enhance both protection and airflow. Our crew removed the old roofing system, inspected the decking, and replaced damaged plywood as needed before moving forward. As part of the project, we installed a customer-provided sun tunnel to bring more natural light into the home, along with new eave ventilation to improve attic airflow. After properly sealing and preparing the roof, we finished the installation with new shingles in Granite Black. The result was a clean, updated roof with improved ventilation and long-term protection. The Klaus Roofing Way!
