Here was a leaky roof in South Windsor, CT that required a full replacement with new gutters. We began by replacing any damaged plywood, but only where needed, to make this project cost efficient. To prevent any future moisture penetration, we installed Ice & Water Weatherlock Flex to the back of the house and eaves. There was a small chimney that we re-flashed, and the finished shingles were Duration Brownwood.
This was a large 8 door garage in South Windsor that had the entire roof torn off and replaced in only two days. Shingle Color: Quarry Grey.

At this a 1999 colonial style home located in South Windsor, CT we completed a full roof replacement. We started by stripping the entire existing roof and replaced any damaged plywood decking with new plywood. Next, we laid down Owens Corning Weatherlock G Ice & Water to protect the home from any outside moisture. We also installed ProArmor Synthetic Underlayment which is a durable tear-resistant material engineered to repel water and to adhere to the roofing surface. For shingles, we used Owens Corning Duration TruDefinition Shingles in the color Slatestone Gray. To top it off we installed a new Velux Skylight with "Clean, Safe, Quiet" glass.
This single-family home in South Windsor, CT was in need of a new roof. After tearing off one layer of asphalt roofing, we replaced 5 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 2 rows of ice & water barrier near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Dual Black. In terms of skylights, we installed 2 new Velux VS Skylights. We finished the job by removing and replacing the existing flashing with brand new lead flashing.
