Built in 1993, this 25 year old home in Hebron, CT contacted Klaus Larsen in need of a new roof. All damaged plywood decking was replaced, three rows of Owens Corning Weatherlock G Ice & Water Shield was installed, and Owens Corning Duration TruDefinition shingles in the color Terra Cotta, were used along the entire outside perimeter of the roof. A new Owens Corning VentSure Ridge Vent was installed to to prevent moisture was entering the home. This home is ready for the Spring ahead!

This single-family home in Hebron, CT was in need of a new roof replacement. To start, we tore off and disposed of one layer of roofing materials & replaced 3 layers of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 3 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed Owens Corning Duration TruDefinition Shingles in the color Estate Grey. In terms of skylights, we installed 3 brand new Velux VS Skylights. Lastly, we removed the existing chimney flashing and replaced it with brand new lead flashing.
