Seeking a contractor to carry out a roof replacement, owners of this 1927 Colonial-style home trusted Klaus Larsen Roofing with the job. We started by tearing off  existing roofing materials, as well as replacing 11 layers of damaged plywood decking. Next we installed three rows of Ice & Water Barrier near roof valleys, eaves, chimneys, etc. For shingles, we installed Oakridge Shingles in the color Brownwood. These shingles included an Algae-Resistance Limited Warranty as well as a 130 MPH Wind Resistance Warranty. Lastly, we installed a Ridge Vent to provide consistent attic ventilation. This attractive home is now complete with its new Klaus Larsen roof installment!

This Colonial style home built in 1980 was recently damaged in a hail storm and in need of a roof replacement. We tore off 1 layer of existing roofing material and replaced 5 layers of damaged plywood decking.
