This ranch style home was built in 1970 and is now in need of a new roof. We started the process by tearing off t2 layers of existing roofing materials and replacing 15 layers of damaged plywood decking. After that, we installed 3 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. We installed a dark brown as[halt shingle to dramatically change to look of this home. Lastly, we removed and replaced the flashing on the chimney with brand new lead flashing.
The shingles here were visibly deteriorated and peeling from the sheathing. We gave this home new life; don't hesitate to call us for a free estimate.

This single family ranch-style home was in need of a new roof. We started the job by removing one layer of asphalt roofing material and replacing 5 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 5 rows of ice & water barrier to protect against leaking and moisture near all eaves, valleys, chimneys as well as beautiful asphalt shingles. Lastly, we installed 3 brand new attic vents, to help air ventilation. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
