Here was a gorgeous Colonial home in Salem, CT. We installed our Roofing System, complete with new chimney flashing and aluminum gutters with guards and vent pipe boots. The fascia overhang was also revamped with PVC trim boards, which are fully recyclable and optimum for environmental health & sustainability when compared to wood and stucco. Finally, we installed a thermostat-controlled solar fan, so that the homeowner can keep a close eye on their attic temperature and how effectively it is being ventilated.  

Here we had a charming lake house on Columbia Lake. The view made this job quite a treat.  

This cape-style home in Columbia, Connecticut was in desperate need of a new roof. We began by tearing off one layer of existing roofing materials and replacing 5 sheets of plywood decking. To protect the home from any outside moisture, we installed 3 rows of Weatherlock G Ice & Water Barrier near roof valleys, eaves, chimneys etc. For new shingles we used Brownwood asphalt shingles. Further, we removed and replaced flashing on the chimney with new lead flashing. This stylish roof can now handle any weather condition, worry free!

At this ranch-style home located in Columbia, Connecticut, we completely stripped and installed a brand new roofing system. We started by tearing off one layer of existing ro Ice & Water barrier. This attractive lake house was built in 1991 and in desperate need of a roof replacement.
