This Colonial-style home in Manchester, CT Was in need of a new roof and turned to Klaus Larsen Roofing for help. We started by tearing off 3 layers of existing roofing materials and replacing the damaged plywood decking. Next, we installed 3 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, and chimneys. In terms of shingles, we installed Onyx Black. Thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing, this home is now complete and looking better than ever!

This single-family home was in need of a new roof. We started the process by tearing off one layer of existing roofing material and replacing all damaged plywood decking. We installed an ice & water barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys and gray shingles. Lastly, we installed a ridge vent on the ridge of the addition of the home. This beautiful one family home in Manchester, CT was in need of a roof replacement and we were able to help! We started off by tearing away two layers of existing roofing materials and disposing of them properly. There were 2 damaged plywood decking sheets that were found upon inspection. We replaced the decking sheets and then proceeded to lay down 2 rows of Ice & Water Barrier to protect the home from the elements. A layer of Synthetic Underlayment was placed on the areas of decking without the barrier to help repel water. For shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System using Dynasty Architectural Shingles in the Granite Black colorway. We put the finishing touches on this job by replacing the chimney flashing and a new exhaust vent hood. This home is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

Joe called us because he was going to have solar panels installed on his home and needed to get the roof replaced before he did that. He had two layers of shingles and the roof was getting old. We put a new roof on and he is all set for his new solar panels.
