This single-family home in Chesire, CT was in need of a roof replacement. We started the process by tearing off one layer of existing roofing material and replacing 5 layers of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 3 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etcWe finished the job by removing and replacing all chimney flashing with brand new lead flashing. After dealing with recurring roof issues, this 30-year-old roof was in need of a full replacement. Dave decided it was time for a long-term solution for his property in Cheshire, CT.

The solar panels needed to be removed prior to the replacement, and the Klaus Larsen Roofing team worked closely with the homeowner to ensure a smooth, no-stress, removal.

The Klaus Larsen team set out to Milldale to complete a roof replacement in Milldale, CT. After tearing up the old plywood decking, new decking was installed. White aluminum drip edge/rake was installed near the outside perimeter of the roof.
