This home and garage in Lebanon, CT was built in 1989. The Klaus Larsen team was contacted by the homeowners in need of a new roof for their garage. After one layer of shingles was removed, the damaged decking was fully replaced with plywood decking. Three rows of Owens Corning Weatherlock G Ice & Water Shield was installed, along with Owens Corning ProArmor Synthetic Underlayment, durable enough to repel water. Owens Corning Duration TruDefinition shingles, in the color Driftwood, were used and are able to withdstand up to 130+ winds and algae build-up! This home in the woods out in Lebanon, CT really needed a facelift! Built in 1950, this ranch-style home received Owens Corning Duration TruDefinition shingles in the color of Estate Gray, which looks awesome! The damaged plywood decking was removed and replaced. This single family home was in need of a roof replacement. To start, we removed one layer of existing roofing material and replaced five sheets of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 2 rows of ice & water barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Dual Black.
