This one-family home in Willington, CT was in need of a new roof and Klaus Larsen Roofing was able to help! We started this project by tearing away all of the existing layers of roofing material and disposing of them properly. We then inspected the roof decking where we found and replaced 3 damaged sheets of plywood decking. Next, we installed two rows of IKO Storm Shield & Water Barrier as well as Stormtite Synthetic Underlayment to protect the home from the elements. For shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with Dynasty Architectural Shingles in the Driftshake colorway. To finish the job, we installed a ridge vent to provide the attic with ventilation and we also replaced the chimney flashing and vent pipe boot. This home is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

At this beautiful raised ranch in Waterford, CT we completely stripped of the existing roof and replaced it with brand new Owens Corning Duration shingles in the color Slatestone Gray. We also installed new Venture Ridge Vents to provide top-notch consistent attic ventilation. When it comes to roofing, ventilation is one of the most important parts. The homeowner will now have the peace of mind when it comes to their roof during the upcoming winter season.

We then installed 2 rows of ice & water barrier near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys, etc. In terms of shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Brown. In terms of skylights, we installed 2 brand new Velux C04 Fresh Air Deck Mount VS Skylights. We finished the job by removing the existing vent pipe boot & replaced it with a brand new Perma-Boot. This house is now safe, secure and looking better than ever thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

In terms of skylights, we installed a brand new Velux VS Skylight. We finished the job by removing the existing vent pipe boot & replaced it with a new, self-seal thermoplastic high rise vent boot. This house is now complete, thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

Installing a full roof on this Victorian house in Willimantic was a great honor and privilege for us. The complex style of architecture along with the turret required a highly proficient roofing company, and we were happy to oblige. All of the plywood needed to be removed and replaced, as part of a complete overhaul. We've worked on residential turrets before, so we were prepared with the experience needed to effectively roof a conical structure in a timely and proficient manner. This job had a remarkable outcome and the home is a lot closer to being fully restored. It is one more piece of Connecticut history that we have both protected and rejuvenated.
