After tearing off 1 layer of existing roofing material, we replaced 5 layers of damaged plywood decking on the roof. We then installed 3 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. in order to secure the roof from any possible leaking. In terms of shingles, we installed a wonderful brown which brightens the exterior of the home. We finished by installing 5 brand new Velux Skylights on the roof.
