Replaced this roof in New Canaan with a GAF lifetime shingle 

The Brown Roofing team installed new skylights for a customer in New Canaan, Connecticut. The old skylights were removed to make way for new modern and reliable skylights. Our crew applied Ice and Water Shield underlayment and new flashing around these skylights. This process helps keep the skylights leak free. These skylights now have an undated look, and increased reliability.

This customer in New Canaan, Connecticut called in the Brown Roofing team for help, when they noticed a hole in their roof. Our crew got right to work and replaced this roof. All of the damaged wood decking was removed and replaced with brand new plywood. The existing shingles had significant staining. They were removed, and replaced with new IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Castle Gray. Our crew not only fixed the hole in this roof, but also produced a beautiful and reliable roof that will prevent similar problems from happening in the future. 

Outdated and lichen covered shingles prevented this roof from reaching its peak in quality and appearance. However, this home was instantly modernized when the aged shingles are removed, and replaced with new IKO Dynasty shingles. These shingles add dimension to the design of the roof, and protect it from weather damage. The color that this customer chose for their new shingles is Granite Black. In addition to a roof replacement, the Brown Roofing team also repaired this customer's chimney. The crew installed new flashing around the chimney, and poured a new chimney crown. Old mortar was removed and replaced with fresh mortar. All of these chimney repairs, and the roof replacement, will help to keep this home safe and dry.
