This customer chose Brown Roofing to replace their leaking roof. The crew got to work removing worn out shingles, and replaced them with stylish and high-quality IKO Dynasty shingles. The customer chose the shingle color Emerald Green. Now this homeowner can feel confidant in the appearance and safety of their home. 

Three new skylights were installed on this roof in Bethany. The Brown Roofing team also replaced this area of roofing on this home. Once our crew removed all of the old shingles and skylight from this area, they installed underlayment onto the roof, and around the skylights. This prevents water from damaging the wood, or from leaking through the skylights. Three new skylights, and new IKO Dynasty shingles were installed by our team. This customer chose the shingle color Frostone. 

The Brown Roofing team helped this customer in Bethany with a chimney re-flashing. The existing flashing on this chimney was old and stained. From these visible clues we can infer that this flashing may not be fully capable of protecting this home from leaks. Our incredible crew members installed new lead flashing that will help keep water at bay and prevent leaks.
