When the time came for this roof to be replaced, this Danbury homeowner chose Brown Roofing for the job. Stained and worn shingles were removed by the crew. Brand new IKO Dynast shingles in the color Granite Black were installed. Not only do these new shingles add to the visual appeal of this home, but they also protect the roof from damage and leaks. 

The Brown Roofing team re-flashed this chimney. In the first photo, a very weak flashing can be seen where the chimney meets the roof. In the second photo, a heavy-duty flashing provides more protection than before. This chimney re-flashing not only looks sharper and neater than before, but also keeps this chimney safer from leaks and water damage.
