This lovely home in Milford, Connecticut was due for a new roof. Dated and stained shingles were preventing this house from reaching it's full aesthetic potential. After our crew installed a new roof, this home looks so much better! This great new look can be attributed to the new IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Summit Gray.

This customer opted to replace part of their roof with flat roofing. The Brown Roofing team was up to the task. After removing old and worn shingles, the crew installed the new flat roofing. This process resulted in a clean and modern look.

The Brown Roofing team installed a new flashing on this chimney, in order to better protect it from leaks and water damage. The crew was able to give new life to this customer's copper flashing by securely re-applying it to the chimney. Thanks to our team's hard work, this chimney is more prepared to face the elements.

Our crew removed all of the old shingles, and the damaged wood decking that was causing the leaks. Next, new plywood was installed, and covered with Ice and Water Shield in order to prevent future leaks. Lastly, new IKO Dynasty shingles were installed on this new roof, in the color Granite Black.
