Wanting to be proactive, these homeowners called us to replace their 35 year old, aging roof before they started to experience any issues. The crew uncovered some rotted decking during the rip off. Once we replaced that, we continued on with our underlayments and high performance IKO shingles, ensuring their home would be protected for another 30+ years! 

With their roof nearing 30 years old, these homeowners reached out ready to replace it. By being preventative in replacing the roof before it started leaking, they avoided needing to replace any decking. With fresh shingles and underlayments, a new ridge vent and a re-flashed chimney, this roof is good to go for decades to come! 

When the Town of Leyden reached out about needing their office roof replaced, we were happy to provide assistance. We went out and assessed the current roof, took measurements and got to work to determine what would be needed for their install. We removed the existing low slope roofing, plywood and insulation boards. We then installed new 1'' Iso boards, 1/2'' plywood and a new ElastoFlex roofing system. 

Our crew did a total roof replacement in South Egremont with IKO lifetime Dynasty shingles! The home owners were so excited to put a Klaus on their house!

Valleys become rivers in heavy rain and accumulate snow and ice in the winter. Our crew does valleys right. A fully adhered membrane is used to line the valley decks. A "California Cut" shingle pattern is used. These homeowners were excited to have a reliable and leak-free roof on their house.
