This roof was rotted through to the decking. Our team replaced 44 sheets of plywood, put down a protective layer of ice and water shield, and then finished the job with brand new IKO Dynasty shingles.

This roof was in need of a full roof replacement.

The homeowner contacted us after noticing a line of missing shingles on their roof following a period of high winds. Built in 2007, the home’s shingled roof had endured years of weather, but this recent windstorm seemed to have caused shingles to lift and settle back, potentially leaving them vulnerable to further damage. Neighbors had reported seeing the shingles lifting, and the homeowner wanted to ensure the roof remained secure. Additionally, they mentioned attic access, possibly through a crawl space, allowing us to check for any underlying issues from the inside.

This roof had extensive wood rot and was completely replaced with IKO shingles in the color Weather Wood.
