A customer reached out to Klaus Roofing of Ohio to replace two skylights and requested that the skylights be tarped during the inspection. The project involves replacing the slope facet and two skylights. The current shingles on the roof are Owens Corning Aspen Gray. The customer specified that the new shingle color should be Escap Gray. The skylights to be replaced are 2246 curb-mounted models. 

We have noted the customer's precise requirements for the shingle color and skylight model to ensure consistency with their existing roof design. During the inspection, our team will tarp the skylights to prevent any potential water damage.

Customer called in to get a quote for roof repair on his rental property.  The roof is 20ish Years Old, no leaks but there is wind damage. The project Is fully financed for a full roof replacement, as well as 5K Gutters and downspout for the entire structure.

Our crew, led by Project Manager Valentin Rosales, began tearing off the old shingles bright and early. The old shingles were collected and thrown into one of our dumpsters. Then several sheets of plywood were replaced before the underlayment went on. We install Ice & Water barrier and Synthetic underlayments to protect the roof. Then the shingles were nailed down.
