Before & After Photos

Here are some cool aerial shots from our drone. The drone shots actually allow us to get a bigger picture of where the roof is most susceptible to weather damage, so we can plan accordingly for the new roof. In those spots, we installed our IKO Storm Ice & Water membrane underlayment, which is adhered onto the roof with its glue backing. The glue will adhere to the nails that we install on top of it for the shingles, making sure water can not enter under the underlayment. We installed IKO Dynasty AR shingles in a Castle Gray shade. 

This homeowner called us because they had wind damage to their existing roof. We were able to work alongside their insurance company and get the roof replaced. 

This beautiful home was in need of a new roof, as the existing roof could no longer properly keep the elements away from the decking. We even replaced their shed in their backyard. The before photo is a close up that matches the back right section of the after photo. We used IKO Dynasty AR shingles in the shade of Granite Black. 

After finding a leak inside his home William A. called us to inspect his roof. We replaced shingles, apron flashing, and first layer of siding on the front of the roof above the porch.
