This roof was way past its life expectancy and could start leaking if it wasn't repaired. Our crew removed the old shingles, taped over all the seams on the plywood roof deck, installed the synthetic underlayment, and re-shingled with IKO's Dynasty shingles.

Besides having a nicer-looking roof, they also have our no-leak warranty!
