Mike called Klaus looking to replace the asphalt shingle roof on his home in McMinnville. We begin our award-winning process by stripping the old shingles, then repairing/replacing the wood decking. We then install a special underlayer to help prevent leaks and finish with IKO architectural shingles. 

This owner's roof was leaking, and he had been advised to replace it (rather than repairing it). He found us online and called for an appointment.

When a roof older than 10 years is leaking, we do advise to replace it. Otherwise, you are continually doing repairs as the leaks happen, and the water can damage your whole home plus cause mold to grow!

The home was re-roofed with IKO's Dynsty asphalt shingles. Under those shingles are a special underlayment that helps protect against leaks, so the owner doesn't have to worry any more!
