Our crew removed the old roof, laid down a new "ice & water" underlayment to help prevent leaks, installed the stainless steel trim metal edges specifically made for coastal homes, and used stainless steel nails specifically for use on the coast to nail down the IKO shingles.
It's a better-looking roof now and won't be leaking into the attic!
