The proposed solution included removing old insulation, thorough vacuuming, air sealing, and installing 10 inches of Cellulose insulation to achieve an R-38 value .

Technician Miguel quoted the customer and set her up to cover all can lights with covers.  Explaining to her that the ceiling fan junction boxes and exhaust fans need to have covers. Also Adding that the chimney was a major problem as to why the cold air was entering the attic.
