Jerry G. called us out to repair some damaged shingles under his solar panel. We started by carefully removing the panels so we could work on the damaged area. We removed the old damaged shingles, replaced the underlayment and installed brand new shingles. We were able to make quick work of this small repair and give him peace of mind!
This customer had a leak in their roof. We replaced the asphalt shingles within two days of the customer calling, keeping his house dry before the next rain.
Daniel P. owns this great rental property in San Marcos, Texas. He was concerned about the 3-tab, builder grade materials the builder used on his roof. He asked us to replace his roof with a higher quality shingles reducing the risk of leaks and the improving the overall curb appeal of the home. We started with a full tear off all the way down to the decking. We then installed out underlayment, ice and water barrier, and drip edge. We finished it by installing the shingles and got this home water tight for many years to come.
This customer's roof leaked in to a retail store when it rained. We found the source of the leak, sealed it off, and completed a roof tune up. He is a happy customer now!
Bill N. called us out due to a leak he uncovered while doing a some renovations in his home. He had opened up a wall and found significant amount of water damage to the framing of his home. Although Bill is a home builder and is very handy, he trusted Klaus Roofing Systems of Texas Hill Country to address the issues on his roof. We removed 3 feet of roofing material all the way around his chimney to locate the leak point. Next, we installed all brand new chimney flashing, ice and water barrier, and new corrugated metal panels. Lastly, we redid the chimney siding with new engineered wood and painted it white. Bill was happy to not be dealing with a leak in his roof and he could continue with his renovations.
