Any boards that showed signs of damage or rot were promptly replaced with high-quality cdx plywood, ensuring a solid and secure foundation.

We then installed KRS SealoronXT Ice & Water Protector and VeloraONE synthetic underlayment to provide exceptional moisture protection. The new roof was completed with IKO Dynasty architectural shingles, known for their durability and impact resistance. To further improve the home’s resilience, we installed new aluminum drip and rake metal and added Airvent Shinglevent II ridge vents to enhance ventilation.
