Roof Replacement in Middletown, CT

This house was in need of a roof replacement. We started by tearing off 2 layers of existing roofing materials including 30 sheets of plywood decking. We then installed 2 rows of ice & water barrier near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. in order to protect against leaks. In terms of shingles, we installed Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Dual Black. Lastly, we removed and replaced the flashing chimney with brand new lead flashing to further protect against leaking. This house is now complete, thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

Cape Style Roof Replacement in Middletown, CT

This Cape-style home in Middletown, CT was in need of a new roof. We started by removing 2 layers of existing roof materials and replacing 2 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 2 rows of ice & water barrier near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Charcoal Grey. We finished the job by removing the existing vent pipe and replacing it with a new 4-inch Perma-Boot in the color black. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

This cape-style home in Middletown, CT was in need of a new roof. After tearing off one layer of existing roofing materials, we replaced one sheet of damaged plywood decking. In accordance with the new building code requirements, we taped all joints on the roof with self-adhering flashing tape. We then installed 2 rows of ice & water barrier on the roof near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Charcoal Grey. Roof & Skylight Installment in Middletown, CT

This single family home in Middletown, CT was in need of a new roof and a new skylight. After tearing off one layer of existing roofing material, we replaced all damaged sheets of plywood decking. We then covered the entire roof deck with an ice & water barrier. in terms of shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Aged Redwood. In terms of skylights, we installed a brand new Velux FS Skylight. We finished the job by removing and replacing the existing flashing on the chimney with brand new lead flashing. House Roof Replacement in East Granby, CT

At this home located in East Granby, CT, the homeowner was having issues with leaking skylights within the roof on the home. When we further inspected the roof we were able to determine that it needed to be completely replaced. We first stripped the existing roof and hauled the old shingles to the Asphalt Roof Recycling Center in Stratford, CT. We then replaced any damaged plywood decking and laid down Owens Corning Weatherlock G Ice & Water Shield to protect the home from any outside moisture. For shingles, we used Owens Corning Oakridge Shingles in the color Brownwood. In addition, we installed 3 brand new Velux Fixed Deck Mount Skylights with a 20-Year No Leak Warranty. This homeowner can now face the upcoming winter months with complete peace of mind.
