At this 1980's Cape Cod-style home located in Lebanon, CT we completely stripped and installed a new roof. Once we stripped the existing shingles, we laid down 3 new sheets of plywood decking that needed to be replaced. Then we installed Ice & Water shield to protect the home from any outside moisture. This ensures no leaking from heavy rains or even condensation. For the singles, we usedarchitectural-style asphalt shingles the color Slatestone Gray. This new roof comes with the and Klaus Larsen Workmanship Warranty so the homeowner can stay worry-free for many years to come!

This ranch-style home located in Lebanon, CT had a porch overhang that was having a leaking issue. When further investigated, it was found that that the entire roof needed to be replaced. We first started by tearing off the existing roofing material and replacing any damaged plywood decking. To ensure that there are no future leaks, we laid down Ice & Water and Pro Armour Synthetic Underlayment.

We installed 3 rows os ice & water barrier near all eaves valleys, chimneys and gray shingles.  We finished the job by removing the existing vent pipe boot and replacing it with a brand new black Perma-Boot. This home is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

After heavy rain this homes roof began leaking into a closet prompting the need for a replacement. 

New owners of this home in Lebanon, CT reached out to us to inspect the roof as they were experiencing leaks. The roof needed to be replaced so they chose us to install a full Klaus Larsen Roofing System. We also replaced the skylight with a brand new Velux skylight with Laminated, Low-E, "Clean, Safe, Quiet" glass with Velux factory flashing kit and solar-powered blinds. It's ideal to install brand new skylights at the same time as a new roof install as it's very difficult to re-flash an existing skylight. 

To protect the home from leaking, we first replaced any damaged plywood decking and laid down our Klaus Laresn Roofing SealoronXT Ice & Water self-sealing membrane to create a moisture barrier between the decking and the shingles. For even more protection, we installed our own Velora One Underlayment, a high performance synthetic underlayment designed to protect the home in even the most severe weather. We also took the extra step to protect the home by taping the the plywood steams with our all-weather SealoronXT Deck Tape—it's the Klaus Roofing Way! To top it off, for new asphalt shingles, we installed IKO Dynasty Architectural Shingles featuring a 1-1/4" nailing area made with a tough reinforcing woven band for incredible nail-holding power to protect the home against Mother Nature's fury. The homeowner choose the shingle color Summit Gray for their new roof.
