During our inspection, we found that a partial roof replacement was the best solution. Our crew removed the damaged shingles and replaced six damaged plywood boards to restore the structure. We then protected the area with SealoronXT Ice & Water and underlayment, before installing new shingles to match the existing roof. To complete the job, we also replaced the old metal flashing on the selected roof sections, leaving Amy’s home protected and leak-free once again. The Klaus Roofing Way!

Seeking a contractor to carry out a roof replacement, owners of this 2005 single-family home trusted Klaus Larsen Roofing with the job. We started by tearing off 1 layer of existing roofing materials, as well as replacing 3 layers of damaged plywood decking. Next we installed three rows of Ice & Water Barrier near roof valleys, eaves, chimneys, etc. For shingles, we installed Slate Grey. These shingles included a 10 year Algae-Resistance Limited Warranty as well as a 130 MPH Wind Resistance Warranty. Lastly, we installed a Vent to provide consistent attic ventilation. In terms of siding, we chose Mastic Carved Wood 44 Siding in the color Desert Sand. This attractive home is now complete with its new Klaus Larsen roof installment!
