This ranch style home in Newington, CT was built in 1929. The owner of the home contacted Klaus Larsen because the roof was old and it was time to replace it. After tearing off two layers of exising roofing materials, the damaged plywood decking was replaced. Three rows of barrier was installed. New lead flashing was installed, along with a new 3' Perma-Boot in the color Black. Architectural-style asphalt shingles in the color of Estate Gray, were used to complete the new roof on this home!
