This homeowner wanted to replace their shingle roof and the sunroom's flat roof. The first step was to rip up the old shingles and take a good look at the decking layer below. After inspection, we determined that the plywood needed to be replaced. Once that was done we laid down the Ice and Water and an underlayment. These layers help further seal the roof from the elements. Lastly, we install the shingles and this customer chose our Owens Cornings Gray Shingles. With this beautiful brand-new roof, this homeowner can be certain that they will be safe and dry for many years to come.

This chimney was re-flashed by the Brown Roofing team in Fairfield, Connecticut. Not only does this chimney look so much better than before, but it also is better protected against leaks and water damage. 

The Brown Roofing team took on a large roof replacement job in Fairfield, Connecticut. Due to the size of this home, replacing this roof was not an easy task. Nonetheless, our crew was ready for the challenge. After the team removed old shingles and wood decking, brand new shingles were installed. New IKO Dynasty shines were used to complete the transformation. This homeowner chose the color Granite Black.
