A new homeowner in Columbus, OH decided to get a roof replacement due to shingles lifting and nails pushing the shingles up. 

Customer called in stating that they just purchased a home and would like to get the roof and gutters inspected. Klaus roofing was able to assist with a free estimate for the roof and gutters with full details of the project needs. The homeowners agreed to the suggested materials and set the appointment for the repairs the following week. 

The homeowner reached out to Klaus Roofing of Ohio with a concern about her soffits, which had begun to rot even though the roof was recently replaced earlier this year. The soffits, made of wood, were deteriorating, and she was worried about seeing the same issue year after year. She wanted a long-lasting solution to prevent the wood from continuously rotting, while also improving the appearance and durability of her home. Our goal was to provide her with options that would eliminate the ongoing issue and enhance her home’s curb appeal and protection.
