With attic access limited due to a closet with shelves, a detailed exterior inspection revealed the areas in need of repair. To restore the roof and provide long-term durability, we proposed a targeted solution using high-quality materials.

Additionally, we will install two rows of Klaus Roofing Systems’ Sealoron XT Ice & Water Barrier for added protection. This barrier will extend 6 feet from all eaves, wrapping 1 inch over the fascia board, and will be applied 3 feet in valleys and 18 inches around chimneys, skylights, dormers, and other roof penetrations. These measures will help prevent water infiltration and extend the life of the repaired sections of the roof.
