During the inspection of both the attic and rooftop, we found additional issues that needed addressing. Ultimately, we decided to replace the entire house roof with Atlantic Blue IKO shingles. This project also involved installing new vent pipe boot flashings and new aluminum chimney flashing, covering a total area of 2634 sqft.
