In Muskego, WI, the homeowner is dealing with water leaking into their home from the northwest side of the roof. The roof is over 10 years old and currently leaking. The project involves replacing the back hip section of the roof and adding a second 3x4 downspout at the rear, next to the existing downspout, to alleviate long runs backing up, which is contributing to the leak in the back master bedroom wall. The chosen shingle color is IKO Dynasty Biscayne.

A portion of the roof had leaks and gaps where rain and birds were getting in.  We replaced that section only as the entire roof did not need replacement.

In New Berlin, WI, a homeowner is seeking to repair their existing roof due to a puddle forming in the garage after heavy rains. The garage roof is 15 years old, and the issue was noticed near the front of the garage. The homeowner bought the house about 4 years ago and had the back half of the roof redone 6 years ago, which is in good condition except for a couple of nail pops near the ridge.
