The shingles and chimney flashing on this house were lifting because they weren't properly sealed.  As time went on, it only got worse.  The owner started to notice wet spots on her ceiling after the rains.  We replaced the entire roof with IKO shingles and used Ice and Water to protect her home.  We also replaced the chimney flashing.  Now she has a beautiful new roof and no leaks!

During the last storm, a tree fell on the roof and created actual holes in the roof.  We were able to repair and replace the sections that were damaged by using new plywood, IKO Goldshield Ice and Water protector, and IKO Dynasty 50 year warranty shingles.  You would never know that the damage happened at all!

Our soffits and fascia were looking pretty rough so we decided to give them a facelift.  Klaus Roofing Systems by Buck Buckley replaced the gutters and wrapped the existing fascia and now it looks great!  I would definitely use them again for roofing needs as well as refer them to my friends and family.

Roof is about 10 years old but there have been some leaks around the chimney for a couple years causing damage inside the home.  We replaced the chimney flashing as well as some shingles around the chimney. 

Old leaking flashing is no more with this transformation. While it may look like a minor change, this fix will save the homeowner thousands of dollars in potential roof damage.
