Klaus Roofing Systems repaired a small section of the customer's roof to eliminate leaking during inclement weather. The material around the venting on the roof was aged and in need of updated materials to function properly.

The homeowner called because the house they owned for about a year, was leaking. While the roof inspection said they had 10 years left on the roof they currently had, they needed to have a lead repaired. The leaking was flooding the basement and causing major headaches. We replaced the flashing around the chimney, and they are leak free!

In Brookfield, WI, a homeowner requires a complete roof replacement for a 2,248 sq. ft. asphalt roof, which is over 20 years old and showing significant wear, including leaks at the edges and a center belly on the garage roof that holds water. This project includes the removal of the existing roof, installation of IKO Dynasty shingles in Brownstone, and a comprehensive Ice and Water Shield across the entire roof for maximum protection. Additionally, large chimney flashing will be installed to safeguard against leaks, and a new bath vent will be cut in to improve ventilation.

These gutters were old and leaky.  We replaced all of the gutters, downspouts, and added Gutter Guards.

This glass roof was leaking and was damaging the inside of the home. The homeowner had us remove it and replace it with a shingled roof.
