A homeowner in Mequon, WI is ready to replace the roof on their two-story colonial after experiencing years of leaks caused by a poor installation 15-18 years ago. The project involves a complete roof replacement with IKO Dynasty Shingles in Glacier, re-flashing the second-story walls and chimney, and ensuring proper protection with Ice & Water Shield underlayment. In addition, the homeowner plans to install 5" white gutters for better water management and address chimney concerns, including replacing the chimney cap if necessary. These updates will provide a durable, leak-free roof and enhance the home's functionality and appearance.

This roof is over 16 years old. The homeowner attempted to patch the leak 6 time but failed to find a permanent solution. He called us and we properly replaced the chimney flashing. There are no longer any leaks, and the homeowner is very happy!
